The minimum equipment for Players is: Shin guards, socks that cover the shin guards, athletic type shoes (we HIGHLY recommend soccer cleats), athletic clothing an age appropriate soccer ball, a water bottle with their name on it, a mask from the car to the training area & hand sanitizer.  No tube tops or revealing clothing will be allowed.

Age appropriate ball sizes are: 5U - 8U use a Size 3 ball, 9U - 12U use a Size 4 ball & 14U - 19U use a Size 5 ball. Ball sizes are typically listed near the needle filling area & also on the box.

Please park on Arrowhead Rd, but DO NOT BLOCK THE RESIDENCES. We need to be good neighbors & these families are patient with us, so let's return the favor & respect their family areas.  Additional parking is along the fence on the dirt road to the south of QVMS.

There will be (2) entry points. Entry point #1 is at the drive-through gate for the busses. Entry point #2 will be the walk-through gate on Arrowhead Rd. As all persons enter, they will be temperature scanned & as long as they are less than 101 degrees they will be allowed in. Per the SJUSD Policy, dogs are not allowed. Service Animals only & we are educated on what questions we can ask & can't ask through the ADA.

Once a person is scanned a stamp will be placed on the hand or a mutually appropriate place. Once you're stamped, we won't scan you again.

After being temperature scanned & stamped, please proceed to the central meeting area.  You'll see myself & some Board Members standing there at the tall cones.  As you arrive at the meeting point we will Check-In your Player to confirm attendance for the day.

After Check-In, proceed to the appropriate training area. The Players have been organized by Age Divisions. There are (4) Groups; Group A - D.

Group A is our VIP, 5U & 6U Players. They will meet in the grass area closest to the Volunteer Parking Area which is located between QVMS & our Snack Shack.

Group B is 7U - 9U. They will meet in the grass area on the right side of the large flat area, to the right of the walk-through gate.

Group C is 10U - 14U. They will meet in the grass area on the left side of the large flat area, to the left of the walk-through gate.

Group D is 16U - 19U. They will meet on the football field.

Each Camp Session will start with a warm-up, stretching & then get into the physical conditioning. There will be activities that include a ball & some that do not.

We ask that while you're standing or sitting in the area where your Player is, please stay in your family groups & wear masks appropriately. Players need to wear their mask from the car to the training area & once training starts they will remove them & place them either with their parent or with their gear.

After training, please make sure there is no trash in the areas, thank the Coaches, gather all belongings & proceed to your car.

Your Player may have different coaches each Session or each week. Please be flexible because we're a volunteer based program & coaches will be assigned their area as they arrive.

We look forward to seeing all of you at the Fields. Welcome back.....

Thank you for your time.

Commissioner Mike
